1. Data Collection and Tracking DashOS does not transmit, log, or track your personal information, driving habits, location history, or in-app usage metrics to any remote servers. The application does not contain any third-party analytics or advertising tracking tools running in the background.

2. Local Data Processing and Security Our application operates strictly on an "on-device processing" principle to ensure maximum privacy:

• Location Services: Map and navigation operations are processed instantly and exclusively on your device using Apple's native infrastructure (MapKit). Your location data is never sent to any external servers.

• Data Storage: Essential preferences and any sensitive data required for the app to function are securely stored locally using your device's hardware encryption via the Apple Keychain system. This data is strictly inaccessible to us.

3. Third-Party Sharing Because we do not collect your data in the first place, we have absolutely nothing to sell, rent, or share with any third-party organizations.
