Welcome to DashOS. By accessing our services and using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. Our goal is to provide you with a transparent, secure, and seamless digital experience.

1. Your Account and Responsibilities

When you join the DashOS ecosystem, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not compromise the system's integrity or the experience of other users.

2. Safe Usage, Navigation and Recording

DashOS is designed to enhance your driving experience, but it is not a substitute for your own judgment. When using navigation and map features, always prioritize real-world road conditions, traffic signs, and local traffic laws.Relying on the platform is at your own risk, and your safety behind the wheel remains your ultimate responsibility. Furthermore, if you use the dashcam or video recording features, you are solely responsible for complying with all local privacy laws regarding the recording of individuals and vehicles in public or private spaces.

3. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

DashOS may offer premium features through an auto-renewing subscription model. All payment transactions are securely processed through Apple's infrastructure; DashOS does not directly access or store your financial information.Payments will be charged directly to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. All refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and must be handled directly through Apple Support.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The DashOS™ trademark, application architecture, interface design, source code, logos, and entire brand identity are the exclusive property of our company. Using our services does not grant you any ownership or licensing rights to our software or content.

5. Privacy and On-Device Data Security

Your digital privacy is a fundamental value to us. To protect your personal information, our application primarily operates on an on-device processing principle; unnecessary data is not transmitted to external servers. 6. Internet Connection and Service Continuity

DashOS operates with an online map infrastructure and requires an active internet connection for full performance. The user is responsible for any carrier and cellular data charges incurred during use. The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we continuously strive to deliver a flawless experience, we cannot guarantee that the application will always function without interruptions or errors. We cannot be held liable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, for any indirect damages arising from potential technical disruptions, third-party service failures, or data loss.

7. Modification and Termination of Service

DashOS is a continuously evolving platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue our services, specific features, or the platform entirely at any time, with or without prior notice. Furthermore, on an individual basis, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these terms, compromise the security of the platform, or engage in unauthorized use of our services.

8. App Store Ecosystem

Although the distribution and financial transactions of the application are provided through the App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms of Use are concluded solely between you and DashOS, and not with Apple Inc. DashOS is solely responsible for the platform's operation, content, and customer support. By using the application, you also agree to comply with the App Store's own usage rules and policies.

Please note that Apple and its subsidiaries are considered "third-party beneficiaries" of this agreement. In plain terms, this means that while this contract is strictly between you and DashOS, Apple has the right to step in and enforce these rules to protect the safety of the App Store ecosystem.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any legal disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Turkey.

10. Updates and Modifications

As DashOS continues to evolve and introduce new features, we may update these terms of use from time to time. In the event of material changes that affect your experience, you will be notified in advance via the platform interface or through our website.
